…and the award for cutest label goes to… Seriously, this bottle has one of the most adorable labels in the sake industry with a cute ladybug called by the Italian name “coccinella”. Look for deep rice flavor (ginnosato sake rice) with a dry-ish full junmai backbone. Not at all sweet or overly pretty. good for food and otsumami pairing!
