A unique and delicious sake made with Sanuki Olive Yeast – that is yeast propagated off of olive trees from the Sanuki region of Kawaga prefecture. its rich and lightly sweet with hints of melon, grass and salinity. Doesn’t taste live olives but would pair with olives in a heartbeat!
