A really enjoyable Futsuhsu! There are not that many to choose from, so this one is a real winner. Lighter and softer than you might expect from a futsushu, Ban Ryu is just delicious. “10,000 Ways” refers to the notion that there are 10,000 ways to brew sake, speaking to the extreme variation in sakes.
