WHAT: Hakkaisan Brewery Visit + Tasting Zoom Party

Visiting live in Niigata, Japan at Hakkaisan Brewery with brand ambassador Timothy Sullivan and Hakkaisan Brewery next generation President Masato Nagumo. We’ll be touring the brewery’s yukimuro (snow refrigerator), and discussing rice, aging, differences between honjozo-style + junmai sakes, and tasting the Ginjo + Junmai Ginjo sakes. Q+A at the end!
