Join us for our 2023 kick-off Saga Sake pop-up bar at Brooklyn Kura, Industry City. We will be featuring 15 different kinds of Saga sake from Amabuki, Azumaichi, Koimari, Mitsutake and Yano Brewery alongside special guest Kuramoto Shichida san of Shichida Brands and of course Brooklyn Kura.
Passed appetizers will be provided by Chef Abe Hiroki of Abe’s Kitchen @chefabeskitchen featuring key items from Saga Prefecture like famous Arita seaweed.
