In the (August 13, 2020) tasting we will sip and discuss three styles of sake:

• Amabuki Cup Sake Yamahai Style (Earthy and Complex, high acid)
• Amabuki Cup Sake Himawari Ginjo (Sunflower Yeast, Lighter, Fruitier)
• Nanbubijin Shinpaku Junmai Daiginjo (Floral, fruity, clean, light, soft, elegant)
