The best way to learn the skill of sake tasting is to taste sake frequently… and keep notes! The UrbanSake.com Sake Tasting Notebook is expressly designed to help you do just that. Now available in two sizes, Each book uses a custom-designed page layout that allows you to record your sake stats, temperature, classification, style, rating, notes, bottle size and even serving glass used. The booklet also offers a convenient glossary, map of Japan and UrbanSake’s original sake classification chart. The notebook is made in the USA on 100% recycled paper and printed using US-grown soy-based inks.
The Small Sake Notebook is 3.5″ x 5.0″ and has room for 15 sake tasting notes. The Large Sake Notebook is 5.0″ x 7.0″ and holds tasting notes for 30 sakes. Both sizes are compact and easy to carry around in your pocket or bag. Any questions, please check our FAQs

How Big is the Sake Tasting Notebook?
The notebook now comes in two sizes. The smaller notebook is 3.5″ x 5.0″ and is the exact same size as a U.S. passport. The larger notebook is 5″ x 7″.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Sorry, at this time, we only ship Sake Tasting Notebooks to addresses in the United States.
What shipping Methods do you offer?
We ship all our notebooks by USPS Priority Mail. At this time we do not offer shipping to addresses outside of the United States.
Can I place a wholesale order?

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, however in the off chance your Sake Tasting Notebooks arrive damaged for any reason or you have any other issue, please contact me.
Should I use a regular pen or marker?
We don’t recommend Markers because of bleed through, but of course, you can use a regular pen for the Sake Tasting Notebook. In particular, I love the Pilot G2 Gel Roller pen in blue. The blue contrasts nicely with the black print, so it is easy to read. But again, any pen or pencil will work!
